RGV Red Crowns Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Red Crowns gear. Because our merchandise is produced in limited quantities, all sales are considered final unless the item is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible merchandise.
To qualify, merchandise must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- In its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Include original packaging when applicable
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Exchanges
We strongly encourage exchanges whenever possible, particularly for sizing issues. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us before returning your item so we can determine whether an exchange is available.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once a return is received, it will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after the returned merchandise is received.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Customized or personalized merchandise
- Limited-edition promotional merchandise
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
We will work with you to correct the issue.
Important
Because Red Crowns merchandise is often produced in limited quantities, please carefully review sizing information before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that a replacement size will be available once an item is sold out.
